About the Role
Kreyco connects qualified teachers with schools nationwide to strengthen preK-12 education. As a part-time Technology and Computer Science educator, you'll deliver instruction in partner schools throughout the San Rafael area. This position offers meaningful work in a supportive network committed to student success and teacher excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and teach technology and computer science curricula aligned with educational standards
- Create inclusive learning environments where all students can engage and grow
- Assess student understanding and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with school staff and administrators on curriculum integration and student outcomes
- Incorporate project-based learning and real-world applications into computer science instruction
- Build student competency in computational thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy
What We're Looking For
- Valid teaching credential or state certification in Computer Science, Technology, or related field (or eligibility)
- Solid understanding of computer science pedagogy and modern technology instruction methods
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Genuine commitment to supporting learners from all backgrounds
- Collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with school communities
- Professional dedication to continuous improvement and staying current in educational technology
