3M is seeking a results-driven Shopper Marketer to join the Consumer Business Group at our Maplewood, Ramsey County headquarters, where you'll connect world-class brands with shoppers at the moments that matter most. About the Role

As a Shopper Marketer within 3M's Consumer Business Group, you'll bridge the gap between brand strategy and the retail experience, turning consumer insights into marketing programs that influence purchase decisions. Based in Maplewood, Ramsey County, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to bring 3M's diverse portfolio of technologies and products to life where shoppers browse and buy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and brand growth across retail channels.
• Translate shopper and consumer insights into compelling, channel-specific campaigns and in-store activations.
• Collaborate with brand, sales, and category teams to align marketing initiatives with retailer and business objectives.
• Measure program performance and apply learnings to continuously sharpen future activations.
• Work cross-functionally with innovative colleagues around the world to support the Consumer Business Group's goals.

Qualifications

• Background in shopper marketing, brand marketing, or a related commercial discipline.
• Strong grasp of retail environments and the path to purchase, with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across diverse, global teams.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset suited to a fast-moving consumer products setting.
