Deloitte is seeking a Business Portfolio Lead, Associate Director in Detroit, Wayne County, to drive the disciplined delivery of high-impact internal technology programs across the firm. About the Role

As an Associate Director within the Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) Office of the CIO (OCIO) Program Management Office, you will apply proven program and project management methodologies to guide some of Deloitte's most significant internal technology initiatives. In parallel, you will act as a Business Portfolio Lead, partnering closely with one of the firm's core business groups—such as Consulting, GPS, Advisory, Assurance, or Tax—to align technology delivery with business priorities. This position is based in Detroit, Wayne County, and is not a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of major internal technology programs from initiation through completion.
• Serve as the dedicated Business Portfolio Lead for a designated core business group, translating its objectives into actionable delivery roadmaps.
• Apply industry-leading program and project management practices to ensure consistent, world-class delivery.
• Coordinate across stakeholders within the OCIO PMO to keep initiatives on scope, on schedule, and aligned to strategic goals.
• Provide oversight, structure, and accountability across a portfolio of interconnected technology efforts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in program and project management methodologies at an enterprise scale.
• Experience leading complex, large-scale technology programs and managing portfolios end to end.
• Strong ability to partner with business stakeholders and bridge technology delivery with business outcomes.
• Leadership presence suited to an Associate Director role within a sophisticated technology organization.
