Senior Director, Fiber & LV Infrastructure

Oracle is hiring a Senior Director, Fiber & LV Infrastructure in Boston, Suffolk County to architect and operationalize the low-voltage and fiber backbone behind Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's hyperscale AI and cloud data centers.

About the Role

As Senior Director, Fiber & LV Infrastructure at Oracle, you will own the end-to-end vision for the low-voltage, fiber-optic, and telecommunications systems that keep some of the world's most demanding AI and cloud workloads running. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Boston, Suffolk County, sitting at the intersection of infrastructure strategy, hands-on execution, and operational readiness across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the overall strategy for fiber, low-voltage (LV), and telecommunications infrastructure across OCI's next-generation data center footprint.
• Lead the planning, execution, and seamless integration of cabling, fiber-optic, and structured network systems from design through deployment.
• Ensure operational readiness of all low-voltage and telecommunications systems so facilities are dependable at hyperscale.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to deliver complex infrastructure programs on schedule.
• Champion standards, quality, and reliability across the connectivity layer that supports demanding AI and cloud workloads.

Qualifications

• Extensive, senior-level experience leading fiber, low-voltage, and telecommunications infrastructure programs.
• Proven track record managing strategy, execution, systems integration, and operational readiness at scale.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct teams and stakeholders across large, multi-phase initiatives.
• Deep familiarity with data center connectivity, structured cabling, and telecommunications environments.
