Sr Scheduler – Kiewit Power Constructors

Kiewit is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join Kiewit Power Constructors in Philadelphia County, partnering with engineering and construction teams to shape the timelines that keep major power projects on track.

About the Role

As a Sr Scheduler with Kiewit Power Constructors, you will own the planning backbone of complex power construction projects. Working on-site at the William Penn Annex East location in Philadelphia County, you will build, refine, and safeguard comprehensive project schedules within the Project Controls department, translating field realities into clear, actionable plans for the power market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed end-to-end project schedules in close coordination with engineering and construction teams.
• Build and continuously update schedule logic, durations, and sequencing to reflect current project conditions.
• Analyze schedule performance, identify variances, and surface risks and opportunities to project leadership.
• Collaborate with project controls colleagues to align scheduling data with broader cost and progress reporting.
• Support decision-making by providing accurate forecasts and what-if scenario planning across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior-level experience in project scheduling, ideally within power, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Strong command of scheduling tools and critical path methodology for building and maintaining large, multi-phase schedules.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering and construction teams in a fast-paced field environment.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of interpreting schedule data and communicating findings clearly.
• Comfortable working on-site full time at the Philadelphia County location.
