About the Role

Kiewit is growing its Power Delivery group, and we're looking for a seasoned engineering project leader to help drive that expansion. In this senior-level, full-time position based in Roanoke, Denton County, you'll oversee the planning and execution of design engineering work supporting major utility and transmission & distribution clients. This is an on-site role within Kiewit Power Engineering's Design Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day delivery of power delivery engineering and design projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate engineering teams supplying services to large utilities and transmission & distribution customers.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to keep work aligned with client expectations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between Kiewit and its power-sector clients.
• Support the continued growth and capacity of the expanding Power Delivery team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing engineering projects, ideally within the power, utility, or transmission & distribution markets.
• Background suited to a senior-level project management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication abilities.
• Comfortable coordinating design engineering deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site in Roanoke, Denton County.
