Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing

Viral Nation is hiring a full-time Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing to join our team in the United States, where you'll help performance-driven brands grow through smart, social-first partnership programs.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing at Viral Nation, you'll own the day-to-day health of client affiliate programs across the United States (nationwide) market. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, creators, and measurable revenue, you'll turn brand objectives into partner relationships that convert. This is an on-site, full-time position for someone who thrives on data, communication, and building campaigns that scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client affiliate marketing programs, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, publishers, and creator partners.
• Translate brand goals into actionable affiliate strategies that align with the wider digital marketing mix.
• Track program performance, analyze results, and deliver clear reporting and optimization recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal strategy, talent, media, and technology teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Identify new partnership and revenue opportunities to expand each account.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a related performance marketing discipline.
• Strong account management skills with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
• Comfort working with performance data, attribution, and campaign metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus the organization to juggle multiple programs at once.
• A proactive, growth-minded approach suited to a fast-paced agency environment.
• Eligibility to work full-time in the United States.
