About the Role
As a part-time Barista at Capital One Seaport (53–57 Seaport Boulevard, Boston, MA 02210), you'll craft quality espresso drinks and deliver friendly, fast service in a busy café environment. This is an on-site role in Boston — open availability is preferred, and exact hours and days will be confirmed during the interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, and other café drinks to recipe and quality standards
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous customer service throughout each shift
- Operate espresso machines and café equipment safely and consistently
- Keep the bar, service areas, and equipment clean, stocked, and presentable
- Handle transactions accurately and help maintain a smooth flow during peak periods
Qualifications
- Prior barista and customer service experience is required
- Willingness to learn — training is provided
- Open availability preferred; flexibility with shifting hours and days
- A positive, guest-focused attitude and reliable attendance
