About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Reefer Drivers to join our team at W. N. Morehouse Truck Line. As a key member of our logistics network, you will be responsible for transporting refrigerated cargo across long distances with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive reefer trucks safely and efficiently over long distances.
- Ensure proper temperature control during transport to maintain product quality.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and cargo.
- Handle loading and unloading duties as required by customers.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and DOT guidelines.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for experienced OTR Reefer Drivers with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) is required. Applicants must possess excellent driving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions.

Effective as of 02/27/26, we have updated our pay package for incoming drivers with a starting rate of $0.65 per mile (CPM). Additional benefits include:
- $69/day per diem.
- Paid unloading layover and detention pay.
- Drop and pickup pay.
- A $80/day per diem for orientation.
