Position Summary

Hastings Deering PNG is seeking Technical Advisors to join our Lihir Service Team in Papua New Guinea. The role will be based onsite at Lihir Mine and will operate on a FIFO roster of 22 on | 20 off, with Day and Night alternating shifts.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide the customer with high-quality, on-time service and repairs according to established standards.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and effectively within the given timeframe.
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and support operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical advisory roles, preferably within the mining or industrial sector.
• A strong understanding of maintenance, repair, and operational procedures.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team under FIFO conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns and working environments.
