About This Position
We are seeking experienced over-the-road (OTR) truck drivers with a minimum of one year's experience to join our team at Artur Express Inc. in New Camp, Texas. As a Reefer driver, you will be responsible for delivering temperature-controlled goods across the country. This is a full-time position that requires dedication and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated trucks to transport perishable goods in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo as per company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and customer signatures.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals who have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A, one year of experience as an OTR driver, and a strong commitment to safety. You should be able to handle long-haul driving duties with flexibility and reliability. Previous experience with refrigerated trucks is preferred but not required.
