Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of legal documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Managing lease agreements and overseeing lease renewals and terminations
• Providing transactional support for acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
• Advising colleagues and stakeholders on property legal matters
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining up-to-date documentation
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property law, preferably within a similar role
• Strong knowledge of UK commercial property law and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication skills for advising colleagues and stakeholders
• Autonomous working style with the ability to make independent decisions
• Experience in lease management, documentation, and transactional support
