Who We're Looking For

• A proven track record as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills, with experience in high-volume operations.
• Excellent knowledge of food costing, stock control, receiving procedures, and kitchen administration.
• A passion for culinary innovation and the ability to create memorable guest experiences through exceptional food service.
