About This Position
This role is ideal for self-starting professionals who are motivated by performance-based income and growth. As a Client Benefits Advisor, you will work with pre-qualified clients to guide them through their benefits journey, offering education and support to help them make informed decisions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Guide and educate clients on various benefit options
- Assist in the selection of appropriate benefit plans for individual needs
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction
- Engage with clients through video conferencing via Zoom
- Pursue a clear path towards leadership roles within the organization
