The Opportunity

We are seeking a Campaigns and Partnership Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Victorian Government. This role will be based in Burwood East, within the Whitehorse area, offering a full-time position with no remote work option.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic campaigns to enhance community engagement and awareness of CFA services
• Foster and maintain strong partnerships with various stakeholders including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and the private sector
• Conduct research and analysis to inform campaign strategies and partnership initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and partnerships through data-driven methods and provide recommendations for improvement

What We're Looking For

• A degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management, partnership development, or a similar role within the public sector or non-profit organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strategic partnerships
• Experience in community engagement and outreach initiatives
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous
