Role Overview

To support the continued delivery of quality and compassionate care in our communities, Compass Health Network is seeking a dedicated Therapist for Assertive Community Treatment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to empower individuals to achieve stability and wellness through person-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assertive community treatment services to clients in need of support and intervention.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for clients.
  • Offer individual and group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in social work or a related field is required.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is necessary.
  • Experience working with individuals who have mental health challenges and substance use disorders is preferred.
