Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our team at Applied Behavioral Services. As an Intervention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and leading ABA-based education and treatment programs for children and young adults. Your work will focus on helping learners build skills that last through collaboration, integrity, and measurable outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Certification as an ABA Therapist from a recognized organization
  • Experience working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and detail-oriented approach to work
