ZINC SALON PTE. LTD., located at Millenia Walk, is seeking an experienced Creative Director Hair Stylist to join our expanding global salon brand, LEEKAJA, with 200 locations worldwide. This role involves leading the creative vision for hair styling services and ensuring a consistent high standard of service.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of hair stylists in delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Create and implement innovative hair styling concepts and trends
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay updated on the latest hair care and styling techniques and technologies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in the beauty industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive creative projects from concept to execution
• A deep understanding of hair care, styling techniques, and current trends
