Position Summary
At Bannerbank, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Community Financial Corporation Portfolio Manager I. This role is integral in supporting commercial lending by evaluating credit opportunities, preparing recommendations, and partnering with decision makers to manage risk and drive successful outcomes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Evaluate complex credit relationships and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that support business growth and risk management objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping businesses grow. A proven track record in credit analysis or a related field is essential. Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
