Position Summary

An urgent opportunity for a Specialist Anaesthetist to provide on-call and pre-anaesthetic clinic cover at a Southern NSW health service. The role is part-time with specific coverage dates from 13/08/2026 to 14/08/2026, between the hours of 07:00 and 07:00.

Core Duties

• To provide on-call anaesthetic services as required by the health service.
• To offer pre-anaesthetic clinic cover to ensure patient safety and preparedness for surgery.

Requirements

• A Specialist Anaesthetist with relevant qualifications and registration.
• Experience in providing on-call services and managing pre-anaesthetic clinics.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare teams.
