About the Role

At EE Retail, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Advisor to join our team based in Tarring, Worthing. As a key member of our store staff, you will play an integral role in supporting our customers with their needs, ensuring they have access to the latest technology and services. The successful candidate will work 12 hours per week across 3-4 days, aligned with store opening times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right technology solutions for their needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
• Support store operations by maintaining a clean and organized environment.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 6 months' retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
• The ability to work flexibly across 3-4 days per week, aligned with store opening times.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies.
