About the Role
D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support our fabrication shop and field operations based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This position will begin on a part-time or as-needed basis, with the potential to develop into a full-time role based on workload and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain D7’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes
- Ensure compliance with ASME welding standards and other relevant regulations
- Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure quality control in fabrication shop operations
- Develop and update QA/QC procedures as needed
- Collaborate with field operations to maintain consistent quality standards across all projects
- Document and report on findings from inspections and audits
- Support the development of a quality culture within the organization
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager with a proven track record in implementing and maintaining ASME welding standards. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Quality Assurance/Quality Control processes, experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, and excellent communication skills.
