About the Role
A highly regarded regional Accounting and Business Advisory firm is seeking an experienced SMSF professional to join its leadership team in a senior capacity. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a growing SMSF function, mentor junior staff, work closely with Partners, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SMSF function and drive growth within the firm
- Mentor and develop junior staff in the SMSF area
- Work closely with partners to align strategies and objectives
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in SMSF accounting or a related field
- A proven track record in managing and growing an SMSF function
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for SMSFs
- Proficiency in using accounting software and relevant technology
