About This Position

This is a 12-month fixed-term role based at our Auckland campus. The Teaching Assistant will assist in the classroom and coordinate meetings and preparation on weekends (13 hours per week - 5 hours each on Saturdays and Sundays). The role requires flexibility to work during these specific times.

Core Duties

  • Aid in the delivery of classes on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 1 PM, covering a total of 5 hours per day.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and preparation sessions for up to 3 hours each weekend.
  • Support students with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under supervision and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
