Forum Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established property owner and manager in seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a small portfolio of commercial office assets located across the Melbourne CBD. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive property professional who enjoys taking ownership of their portfolio and building strong relationships.

Core Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial office assets. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, developing and maintaining positive tenant relations, preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, coordinating maintenance and repairs to keep properties in top condition, handling lease negotiations and renewals.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a confident and proactive property professional with at least 5 years of experience in commercial property management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing portfolios of similar assets and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. A strong understanding of property law and regulations is essential.
