What This Role Involves
The Director of Policy and Research at NRG Consulting Group will play a crucial role in supporting the National Institute for Reproductive Health (NIRH) and the National Institute for Reproductive Health Action Fund (NIRH Action Fund). What You'll Do

- Write and publish reports, briefings, and other materials to inform policymakers and the public
- Provide expert testimony at legislative hearings and engage in advocacy efforts
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Policy and Research who possesses a deep understanding of reproductive health policies, strong research capabilities, and the ability to build coalitions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in advocacy and policy development.
- Master’s degree or higher in public health, political science, law, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in reproductive rights advocacy, research, and policy analysis
- Experience working with grassroots organizations and building coalitions
- Strong writing and communication skills
- A commitment to social justice and reproductive freedom
