Role Overview

This role involves a variety of tasks in civil construction and maintenance. Responsibilities include operating heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, diggers, and rollers; installing and maintaining drainage systems; driving vehicles required for the job, with manual operation being advantageous; and performing surface work that includes both machinery operation and heavy manual labor.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, diggers, and rollers to perform construction tasks.
• Install and maintain drainage systems as a drainlayer.
• Drive vehicles required for the job, with manual operation being advantageous.
• Perform surface work that includes both machinery operation and heavy manual labor.

Who We're Looking For

• Certified Machine Operators: Must be able to operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, diggers, and rollers.
• Drainlayers: Specialized in installing and maintaining drainage systems.
• Certified Drivers: Operate vehicles required for the job; manual operation is advantageous. Driver experience is essential.
• Surfacing Civil Workers: Perform surface work that includes both machinery operation and heavy manual labor.
