About This Position

The Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) supports SSO Study Start-Up Manager, Study Start-up CRA and Clinical Research Associate in assigned studies during set-up and the whole study lifecycle. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Novartis processes, GCP/ICH, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SSO Study Start-Up Manager, Study Start-Up CRA, and Clinical Research Associate in assigned studies.
• Ensure set-up and execution of clinical trials are compliant with Novartis processes, GCP/ICH, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the overall success of the study lifecycle from start-up through close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably with pharmaceutical companies.
• Familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
