About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Local CDLA Company Driver to join our team at Moran Logistics in Pillow, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering goods within the local area while ensuring safety and efficiency on the road.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain a valid CDL license
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include:
- Picking up and delivering freight from various locations within the local area
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and mileage logs
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service
What You Bring
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a valid CDL license with appropriate endorsements
- Possess at least 1 year of driving experience in a similar role
- Are punctual and reliable
- Can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
