Role Overview
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Crypto's operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting internal audits, and providing guidance to the team on compliance issues.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and interpret federal, state, and international financial regulations affecting consumer protection in the cryptocurrency industry
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance across all departments
- Conduct regular audits of company operations to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
- Provide training and support to employees on compliance issues and best practices

Who We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the financial services industry, preferably in cryptocurrency or fintech sectors

- Experienced in conducting internal audits and risk assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
