What This Role Involves

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up and tearing down merchandise efficiently
• Maintaining an organized and attractive store environment
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and sales transactions
• Participating in promotional events and activities as needed

What You'll Do

The Sales Associate will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the store management team to ensure smooth operations during peak seasons
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers

Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Associate at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 - $12.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
