What This Role Involves

The role involves supporting our busy office environment and contributing to the smooth operation of our fire protection services. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks including but not limited to answering inquiries, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Assisting with the scheduling of services and appointments
• Organizing and managing office supplies and equipment
• Supporting team members by providing administrative assistance as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position
• The ability to adhere to deadlines and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
