About This Position

Dongara Tourist Park is seeking a dynamic and experienced couple to join our team as Caravan Park Managers. The successful applicants will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our beautiful park located on South Beach in Port Denison.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of park management, including maintenance, customer service, and staff supervision
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Manage financial records and budgets for the park
• Supervise and train staff members

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in caravan park management or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve conflicts
• Familiarity with financial management and budgeting
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Experience in marketing and promoting tourism destinations would be advantageous
