Role Overview

The Community Outreach Lead at Foundation Partners will be responsible for enhancing community engagement and building lasting relationships with local organizations. This role involves organizing events, managing community partnerships, and ensuring that the funeral home's presence in the community is positive and supportive.

• Plan and execute community outreach initiatives to promote the funeral home’s services and values.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, schools, and other relevant entities.
• Organize and participate in community events, including funerals, memorials, and charitable activities.
• Develop and manage a calendar of outreach activities to ensure consistent engagement throughout the year.
• Analyze community feedback and adjust strategies as needed to improve service delivery and community satisfaction.
