The Marketing Automation SaaS + Services Line of Business Owner guides a mature unit that assembles readily available digital platforms—such as client attraction automation systems, firm administration tools, and appointment booking applications—into a proven stack for specialized members. This leader ensures subscribers receive complete resources for managing acquisition efforts, promotional activity, and service execution. The same individual coordinates creation and rollout of promotional content produced by both internal groups and partner agencies so members can deploy it effectively inside the technology suite. Expertise spanning digital client attraction methods, automated workflows, systems, operational streamlining, and process improvement underpins day-to-day decisions as technology options continue to shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct configuration, upkeep, and continuous refinement of the commercial software collection that supports member sales, outreach, and delivery functions
• Oversee preparation and timely provision of marketing materials developed by staff and external providers for use within the member platform suite
• Lead a capable existing crew skilled in platform setup and client account stewardship while leveraging their documented procedures and instructional materials
• Own profit-and-loss performance for a business-process unit generating revenues above one million dollars annually, expanding its reach and results
• Advance member outcomes, operational tightness, and suite improvements by applying refined processes and emerging technology options

Requirements

• Solid command of inbound client acquisition techniques together with business-process automation tools and operational efficiency practices
• Proven capacity to supervise technical teams focused on system configuration and account support, including maintenance of standard procedures and guides
• Hands-on experience managing financial results for a service-oriented division exceeding one million dollars in yearly revenue
• Comfort evaluating and integrating evolving commercial platforms for administration, automation, and scheduling needs
• Ability to drive measurable gains in customer results and program offerings across a subscription-based remote environment
