Core Duties

• Review source material and apply labels, tags, or structured annotations according to documented guidelines
• Cross-check your own work for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to the latest instruction set
• Flag ambiguous items, conflicting signals, or guideline gaps for review and resolution
• Participate in calibration or alignment discussions so that Annotator output stays consistent across the team in San Francisco, California
• Track volume and quality metrics and adjust pace or approach when feedback indicates improvement is needed
• Use designated software tools and platforms to enter, edit, and submit annotations on schedule
