Your Responsibilities

• Oversee participant identification, eligibility checks, and enrolment steps for assigned studies
• Obtain, explain, and document informed consent in a bilingual format that respects participant needs
• Execute study-related nursing assessments, procedures, and safety monitoring according to protocol
• Collect, enter, and verify study data with accuracy and attention to source verification
• Coordinate visit scheduling, follow-up contacts, and necessary contacts with investigators or site teams
• Maintain regulatory documents and ensure study conduct aligns with ethical and procedural standards
• Provide seamless bilingual communication to French- and English-speaking participants and collaborators
• Identify and report adverse events or protocol deviations promptly while supporting corrective actions

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Nurse / Infirmière (RN) in good standing, valid for practice in Quebec
• Proven ability to work fluently in both English and French, spoken and written
• Hands-on experience coordinating studies or performing research nursing duties preferred
• Solid grasp of study protocols, informed-consent processes, and documentation practices
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills suited to a busy study environment
• Demonstrated reliability in managing multiple concurrent tasks while protecting participant welfare
• Willingness to commit fully to the 18-month full-time contract based in Montreal, QC
