Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain and refine product backlogs in partnership with product owners and stakeholders
• Monitor sprint progress, surface risks early, and coordinate mitigation steps to protect timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional team members to balance workload and improve collaboration
• Track key metrics, prepare transparent status updates, and adjust plans based on feedback
• Coach team members on Scrum and Kanban practices to strengthen continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience as an Agile Project Manager or equivalent delivery-focused role
• Solid command of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Confidence prioritising competing demands in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to apply recognised credentials such as Certified Scrum Master or comparable project-management certification
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
