Your Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, meal assistance, and daily living support that encourage independence and individual choice
• Follow individual service plans, offer prompt medical reminders, and document every activity clearly for overnight continuity
• Maintain a secure, clean residential environment and respond calmly to needs that arise during 3rd shift hours
• Facilitate community access, social skill practice, and recreational activities scheduled around the rotating weekend rotation
• Observe and report health, behavioral, or environmental changes so the daytime team can act quickly
• Transport individuals safely when required and uphold privacy and rights standards at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior caregiving or Direct Support Professional experience is valued but not required for motivated applicants
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work the established 3rd shift plus rotating weekend schedule serving Inman and Spartanburg, South Carolina
• Physical stamina to assist with mobility transfers, light housekeeping, and active supervision throughout overnight hours
• Strong communication, patience, and observational skills needed to respond effectively to individual needs
• Commitment to person-centered practices and the ability to pass standard background and reference checks
