Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries to the general ledger in accordance with GAAP
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies for timely resolution
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including supporting schedules
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and process improvement opportunities
• Maintain fixed asset records and process related depreciation entries
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with accounting policy application

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
• Several years of progressive accounting experience at the intermediate level
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP and strong general ledger experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with common accounting software systems
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines during busy close periods while producing accurate work
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across teams
• CPA eligibility or progress toward certification is a plus but not required
