Position Summary

In the Freight Planning Analyst position at Mountainwarehouse you will focus on elevating the performance of the worldwide inbound supply network. Day-to-day work involves producing clear freight reports, safeguarding the accuracy of underlying data, tracking shipment progress for complete visibility and evaluating operational results. You will liaise regularly with external carriers and colleagues across teams to turn raw information into practical recommendations that fuel continuous refinement of processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute comprehensive freight reports that highlight trends and operational status across the inbound network
• Maintain rigorous data standards so that records remain consistent, complete and ready for analysis
• Track shipments end-to-end to deliver timely visibility for planning and issue resolution
• Examine performance indicators to surface opportunities for efficiency gains within the global inbound supply chain
• Engage freight providers and internal stakeholders to share accurate findings and actionable insights
• Support continuous improvement projects by contributing evidence-based recommendations and progress tracking
