Position Summary

This Seasoning Attendant FULL role based in Chillicothe, Ohio runs Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 11pm, with the possibility of extra time when production needs demand it. As a full-time member of the team at Herrs, the Seasoning Attendant supports daily operations by ensuring seasoning steps run smoothly and product quality standards stay consistent throughout each shift. Responsibilities

• Apply seasonings accurately and evenly during the production process on the assigned line
• Monitor equipment settings and material flow to keep seasoning application consistent
• Perform routine checks for quality and report any deviations promptly to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Track seasoning supplies and signal when replenishment is needed
• Operate basic tools and machinery related to the seasoning station safely and correctly
• Complete end-of-shift cleaning and prepare the area for the next team
• Collaborate with co-workers to meet daily output goals while upholding safety protocols
