About This Position

The Head of Performance at Alcumus in Manchester owns the complete SEO, PPC and site performance agenda. You set priorities, drive measurable gains in qualified traffic and conversion, and ensure the site operates as a dependable B2B demand-generation system. Success depends on solid technical underpinnings, accurate tracking and constant refinement, all delivered in close partnership with Digital, Content, Sales and RevOps colleagues.

Core Duties

• Increase volumes of high-quality traffic arriving via organic and paid search while lifting on-site conversion rates
• Own the end-to-end SEO, paid-search and website performance strategy, translating activity into clear pipeline and revenue impact
• Establish priorities that produce consistent, measurable results across digital channels
• Collaborate daily with Digital, Content, Sales and RevOps teams so the website functions as a high-performing B2B demand engine
• Maintain robust technical foundations, reliable measurement frameworks and a rhythm of continuous optimisation

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated leadership of SEO and PPC programmes that have delivered sustained traffic and conversion improvements
• Strong command of technical website performance principles and digital analytics platforms
• Proven ability to map site metrics directly to commercial outcomes such as pipeline contribution and revenue
• Excellent cross-functional working style when partnering with content, sales and revenue operations teams
• Experience shaping demand-generation approaches in B2B contexts
