Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute client success plans that protect retention and surface expansion opportunities across assigned portfolios.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, support, and sales colleagues so client needs translate into clear action.
- Monitor health metrics including usage trends, satisfaction scores, and risk signals, then intervene early to resolve issues.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in client success, account management, or customer leadership roles at director level or equivalent.
- Strong ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Comfort analyzing customer data and converting insights into prioritized action plans.
- Experience facilitating strategic conversations that cover both operational delivery and commercial growth.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills for managing multiple high-value relationships simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and the discipline to document processes that scale beyond individual heroics.
- Familiarity with common success tooling and CRM platforms used to track lifecycle stages and health scores.
