• Participate in team workshops and client calls, taking accurate notes and tracking agreed actions.
• Maintain project trackers, document repositories and basic process maps so delivery stays organised.
• Support senior consultants with preparation for meetings, workshops and final deliverable reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates analytical thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suited to a professional London workplace.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, presentation software and structured problem-solving methods.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively both independently and within a small team.
• Curiosity, professionalism and a genuine desire to learn consulting craft from experienced practitioners.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom and ability to attend the London, City of base regularly.
