Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments for clients seeking care in the Chapel Hill area.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, or group therapy sessions tailored to specific treatment goals.
• Create, monitor, and adjust personalized treatment plans in response to progress and evolving client needs.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, notes, and records that meet regulatory and professional requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology such as a PhD or PsyD from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in North Carolina.
• Proven clinical experience conducting therapy and assessments with adult or adolescent populations.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, cultural sensitivity, and clear communication skills for building therapeutic alliances.
• Strong organizational capacity to handle documentation, scheduling, and fee-for-service billing workflows effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to APA ethical guidelines.
