Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments that capture medical status, functional abilities, and preferred communication language
• Formulate, implement, and regularly update detailed care plans that reflect patient goals and clinical priorities
• Explain care recommendations and health education materials fluently in both Korean and English to patients, families, and caregivers
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor each patient’s response to the current plan and promptly revise interventions when circumstances change
• Document every assessment, plan element, and outcome in secure electronic records that meet professional and regulatory standards
• Support safe care transitions by arranging follow-up services and verifying patient understanding before discharge from active planning

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Demonstrated bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, spoken and written
• Hands-on experience developing or managing nursing care plans or performing care coordination
• Working knowledge of clinical guidelines, assessment tools, and documentation practices used in nursing
• Strong critical-thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills suited to patient advocacy
• Readiness to fulfill full-time duties at the designated 2 locations
• Comfort using common electronic health-record platforms for accurate care-plan entries
