Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine reliability-centered maintenance plans tailored to steam and gas turbine configurations
• Lead structured root-cause investigations of forced outages and recurring performance shortfalls, then drive sustainable countermeasures
• Interpret multi-parameter condition data including vibration spectra, thermal profiles, and lubricant trends to forecast emerging risks
• Coordinate with plant teams to prioritize work orders, optimize outage scopes, and validate spare-parts strategies that protect uptime
• Establish and report reliability KPIs so leadership can track progress and allocate resources effectively
• Coach less-experienced staff on diagnostic techniques and continuous-improvement methods that raise overall plant reliability culture

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated senior-level experience focused on turbine reliability, rotating-equipment husbandry, or closely related mechanical integrity work
• Solid command of reliability tools such as FMEA, RCM, and Weibull analysis applied to power-generation or industrial turbines
• Capability to translate predictive-maintenance outputs into clear action plans that technicians and planners can execute
• Strong analytical mindset paired with practical field judgment when balancing risk, cost, and schedule constraints
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for briefing multidisciplinary stakeholders and documenting technical findings
