Position Summary

The Manager, QA Engineering at Ntst in Bengaluru, India directs end-to-end quality assurance activities so that software releases meet rigorous standards of reliability and performance. Core Duties

• Lead day-to-day operations of the QA engineering team in Bengaluru, assigning priorities, reviewing progress and removing roadblocks.
• Define and continually refine test strategy, coverage models and acceptance criteria that align with product roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of automated testing frameworks, continuous-integration pipelines and risk-based test approaches.
• Monitor quality metrics, produce clear status reports for stakeholders and recommend process improvements.
• Coach and develop QA engineers through regular feedback, skill-building sessions and career-path planning.
• Collaborate with development, product and operations teams to ensure early defect detection and seamless release readiness.
• Champion quality culture across the wider engineering community at Ntst.
