Core Duties

• Lead daily patient financial services activities, including oversight of billing statements, payment processing, and account resolution within revenue cycle managed services.

• Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations and privacy requirements across all patient financial interactions.
• Coach and develop team members responsible for financial counseling, claim follow-up, and denial prevention efforts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine processes that increase clean claim submissions and minimize rework.
